Tina Petersen - President

Tina Peterson has been a member of Faith Lutheran Church for 6 years and a member of the Board of Education for over 3 years. She is married to Dale and together they have 3 children, Hannah, Zachary, and Toria. Tina has been a teacher in the public school system for over 7 years. She began her teaching career in the Alief Independent School District where she worked at Mahanay Elementary. She then joined Fort Bend ISD. and worked there for 2 years. In 2003, she began a new challenge as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Rogers Middle School in the Pearland Independent School District. She is responsible for helping teachers integrate technology into the classroom. Tina finds being on the school board one of the most rewarding experiences. It is very satisfying to make decisions that make a difference in the lives of children. She hopes to continue to be a productive member for years to come.

Gordon Stoneburner - Superintendent of Schools

Gordon Stoneburner graduated from Concordia College in River Forest, Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Education degree in 1984. In 1988, Gordon finished his Masters in Human Services. He is known for being very supportive of his staff and frequently visits the classrooms. Gordon is described as leading by example in Christian lifestyle, dependability, and dedication while encouraging incorporation of Christian principles throughout his school.
